Testimony of Karine Rafougilet, assistant documentalist at MCarré Conseil

Can you introduce your company ?

MCarré Conseil is a commercial property consultancy based in Evry. Founded in 2010 by Franck Berthès, Ludovic Leprêtre and Anthony Dufil, the team now consists of 8 experienced professionals. We cover the Essonne, the south of the Seine et Marne and the south of the Val de Marne. We work on all types of premises (offices, shops, business premises, warehouses) and all types of transaction (rental – user sale and investment). The 3 founding partners are also recognised SNPI experts. MCarré Conseil has become a recognised and key player in its property market.

What is your job at MCarré Conseil ?
I am part of the administrative team and have held the position of Assistant/Documentalist for 7 years. My main duties involve managing the property database and relations with colleagues. The company chose Logi-Pro when it was set up, so I use this business software on a daily basis for :

  1. creating and updating direct and colleague offers,
  2. maintain our property CRM, which includes all our client and prospect accounts and their contacts,
  3. managing the denunciation of visits following property visits
  4. publishing our property offers on our website and our partner property advertising portals.

What does Logi-Pro offer you on a day-to-day basis ?
First of all, Logi-Pro is a tool that combines a real estate CRM with business software. It has become an essential part of my day-to-day work, as well as for the whole team. Logi-Pro has been able to put in place business processes that make our day-to-day work easier, particularly, as far as I’m concerned, in the monitoring of offers from colleagues that need updating or the carrying out of denunciations (owners or colleagues). It’s also very easy to track and send our offers to websites.

I also appreciate the responsiveness of Customer Support when I need help.
